Paternity Fraud Official Website Scamming Mother Has two Men Pay For Her Child 10 Years And $80,000 Later Not The Father Veterans And Military Easy Fraud Targets Man Forced To Pay Child Support To Biological Father 1.6M Men Pay Child Support For Kids That Aren't Theirs Paternity Fraud The Perfect Crime Fathers' Rights in the United States Originally the plan was to include links to paternity fraud news story by State but I quickly realized that this was an overwhelming epidemic much more widespread than I ever imagined. How can only one case or story be listed per State when every State has countless mainstream news stories, posts, blogs, and personal websites dedicated to detailing these injustices perpetrated by deceitful mothers and corrupt Family Courts with the Office of Child Support being little more than co -conspirators and accomplices. Below is a small sample of what's out there. ONE IS TOO MANY! |
YES WE LIED, NOW PAY CHILD EXTORT In order to cover up an affair or other undesirable pregnancy and paternity situations a mother can simply choose a father more to her liking. For her own comfortable convenience and at the expense of the child and innocent men who are duped for years into caring for children that aren't his own only to have the DNA bomb dropped in their laps. Further adding insult to injury the Office of Child Support Vultures proceed full steam ahead continuing to rape and pillage these innocent men of their money and Rights even after they've been cleared and proven not the Daddies.
There are many creative ways this deceptive practice of fraud and paternity by trickery is successfully taken advantage of and it seems all that's necessary is for a mother to give a first and last name. These mothers can simply point to a male half way across the Country and the Courts will jump while asking how high? Innocent men are duped by deceit just long enough for these mothers and the Courts to seal the deal on these paternity nightmares. Alleged fathers are suckered into delivery rooms or believing in a mothers lies just long enough for mothers to knowingly pin paternity on the wrong man and once it's a done deal the Courts fully resist any attempt by innocent or alleged fathers to clear his name. Innocent men are simply labeled deadbeat resistors and routinely made out to be the bad guy in these situations. Neither the Court nor the mothers want the embarrassing truth exposed therefore considerable effort is spent to keep the fraudulent parent trap a big secret. The child never has a say in the matter as mother and Court are busy sweeping the paternal truth deep under the rug and divvying up the bounty from the scam. What happens when these children all begin questioning the motives behind being intentionally deprived of their Rights or to even know who their real daddies are for years, decades and lifetimes?

 The Storks of old are extremely
confused these days where questionable paternity has reached epidemic
proportions and is left instead to be sorted out on Talk Shows across
the land. That's all fine until the dizzy and confused stork lands on
your front step by accident. You are stuck buddy and after the Courts
take their cut you will be left to pit what's left of meager earnings
against a Child Extort System with millions at their disposal to ensure
you continue paying anyway and that the truth never sees the light of
day. One minute you're an innocent man doing nothing and the next you
are labeled a deadbeat defendant and YOU CAN AND WILL BE ARRESTED FOR
DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. The charge will be child neglect when you do
nothing now. The Office of Child Support
Stork isn't at all concerned with parental accuracy and is only
concerned with how quickly they can dump the financial burden so they
can commence to some good ole daddy bashing, deadbeat bounty hunting,
and extortion for profit enforcements. In the best interest of the new
bundle the stork is immediately followed by a band of circling buzzards
and the Office of Child Support isn't charity work and they aren't about
to take a pay cut in their sizable salaries simply because your unhappy
with the Judges paternity deciding coin toss. Some estimates claim millions of fathers are currently being ordered and forced to pay for non biological children. One thing is certain, the Family Courts have consistently allowed mothers to choose a father of her choice, to be wrong, and countless innocent men are duped by deceit and trickery then forced by threat of jail to comply with the injustice. In case after case the Family Courts
have used and abused their powers to circumvent justice and prevent the
truth from ever getting out. Once it's a done deal even innocent men
cleared of paternity never see their money back from Child Support
Agencies and most are forced to continue paying. The calloused and unaccountable
Child Support Collection Agencies have proven case after case that
There appears to be a whole lot
of alleging and alleged by these self appointed parental experts but how
much if any of it is actually true? With 60,000 parental Rights
stripping Vultures sharing joint physical custody of faceless names of
our children that merely represent headcount, caseload and job security
there's no time for accountability and no room for middle or lower
income fathers who cant afford their services. With a claimed operating
cost of $5.2 billion and $24 billion collected / extorted from non
custodial parents in 2006 that's enough for all 60,000 to be making
upwards of $80,000 a year. Not counting the $700 million in
undistributed dollars that fathers paid into the Child Support coffers
but it never makes its way to one child and in many States goes
unreported and unclaimed by the State Child Support Agencies who in
violation of State and Federal laws repeatedly refuse to turn these lost
and found missing millions over to the Federal Government. Moreover none
of this even begins to take into consideration the Office of Child
Supports notoriously atrocious bookkeeping.

PATERNITY FRAUD
All while these mothers find a Family Court system in as big a hurry as
herself to pin paternity on some man, any man, and to get him paying
into the system. Mothers suffering sexual amnesia in record
numbers has fast become a recurring theme in the Child Support System and in the
best interest of bastardizing children for profit no one is held accountable
when mothers lie about the biological truth. Even in the animal kingdom wild beats know and raise their own young without
benefit of Government assistance, Child Support and fraud yet this
appears to have become humanly impossibility for a growing number of wart hog
mothers who feel it necessary to deceive, exploit, defraud, and then split
the scene with a fistful of extorted dollars, a confused child, and an innocent
man still stuck paying her Government Pimps at the Office of Child Extort.
the
mass scale and intentional bastardization of children for profit and the
almighty dollar is given precedence every single time. With billions
more at stake in incentives / rewards to States and Child Support
Agencies that create huge arrearages than collect the most there's
competition to create deadbeats and further drive up the over $100
billion dollar currently alleged deadbeat deficit then conduct deadbeat
roundups where fathers and alleged fathers are given a good raking over
the coals and strong armed robbed of their money and their Rights or
thrown in jail as worthless carrion with nothing left for the vultures
to pick clean. They are shoved onto the deadbeat treadmill where they
are squeezed of a quarter trillion dollars annually.
THE
